She Will Not Be Quiet: A (mostly unedited) daily writing practice
Jotting from my Journal. Day #181 of (mostly unedited) daily writing/sharing
A Saturday Evening Message
Stop pedaling, stop racing, stop thinking ahead, stop thinking behind, stop thinking you're behind, stop thinking, period. Stop trying so hard to find what you think is missing. Enter the wilderness of your body, feel the hunger, the ache, the roar, the endless hunt for more more more. Breathe gentleness in, breathe gentleness out— stop trying to find the perfect ending. Go now— get lost in the wilderness of yourself.

Day 25 (I missed Day 24 - oops!) , Jill's Morning writes, excerpt:
The first word of my new story is...again. Here I am. Again. Things strangely familiar, like in the mushroom ceremony when I began to recognize myself in all of the vignettes playing out, all of them different versions of how I abandon myself. Ouch. And, oh how marvelously freeing and humbling to see myself so clearly in those ways. I couldn't stop laughing.
Yes, yes, yes. Thank you. It's so friggin' exhausting!
