Gentle Giants
Please, let me be more like the trees, so sure of themselves, so unconditionally giving, offering shade on this day when the thermometer climbs to over 100 degrees, gentle giants who catch sunshine, drink rain, show us how easy it is to be just what you are.

I so adore these gentle giants, and I adore you, my friend. I feel calmer in their presence, and I want to be more like them. Thank you for this gem of a poem.
Gentle giants who catch sunshine! xo
Day 19, Jill's Morning Writes, excerpt:
Yoga, coffee with a friend, work on the website, class with five beautiful women! That's a pretty awesome day you've got ahead of you, darling. Don't get stuck in the weeds of your mind. Breathe, mend, make, do, love yourself, be yourself, go towards the things that draw you. Keep moving towards those things that have spark. All will be well, dear one. All is well.
