Note: In this week’s “Sunday Spark” (for paid subscribers), I will be sharing the below poem in audio form.
She Will Not Be Quiet: A (mostly daily, mostly unedited) writing practice
Day #210 of (mostly unedited) daily writing/sharing.
Note: (I will now be posting MY (MOSTLY) DAILY WRITING only on weekdays, rather than 7 days/week)Jane
for beloved Jane Goodall
Jane
May we be more like her. Messenger of peace. Noble warrior. Soft, yet outspoken, gentle, yet fierce. She entered the wild with the deepest tenderness for those who looked back. Friend to our beloved animals, our only earth, speaker for those who could not speak back. She called them by name, held their hands. Messenger of peace. Noble warrior. She knew how little time was left and ran until the end. A friend to our beloved animals, our only earth.
Stay tuned for announcements (next week) about our next guest writer, the date/time for our next “Write Yourself Free” class & an announcement regarding my next 6 week “Write Yourself Free” writing series.

"She knew // how little time was left / and ran until the end." --- this, brava, dear friend.
