Me Too
She Will Not Be Quiet: A (mostly unedited) daily writing practice
Jotting from my Journal. Day #186 of (mostly unedited) daily writing/sharing
Me Too
Maybe if we say it out loud— I'm afraid. I don't know what I'm doing, and sometimes, when I do know, the next step is too hard to take, and I'm afraid of making mistakes, and I want to go back into hiding, and really, what I want though is to know that I am loved, without shadow, without doubt, just like this— flawed, forgetful, a vulnerable human in a frightened, frightening world. Maybe if we say it out loud, we can stop pretending that we're alone.

Oh my goodness, this poem. Thank you so much for making space for vulnerability, for reminding us that we are not alone.
Great title and tag line to say what we all feel 💛💛💛
