Dear Sinda, these words from you just made my day. Truly. To know that something I wrote choked you up, opened the flood gates, well, that is everything I would want my words to do. Thank you (so much) for taking the time to read, for leaving your word gifts here for me. 💗🙏💗
A lovely poem, and I figured it out--I'm receiving Substack subscriptions again! If you need to know how, contact me. It's the figuring it out that took hours upon hours--the solution, easy.
Being in class with you again yesterday was just what I needed, so much good medicine. And I love the idea of stepping into the beam, or tossing ourselves into the beam. While you were doing the intro, housekeeping type stuff for the new members, I was gazing out my sister’s sliding glass doors, and taking notes on what I observed. I worked on 4 or 5 different versions, but came up with a poem that makes me feel happy. Also sad, but mostly happy.
Thank you so much Julia for this recommendation. I'm looking forward to dipping into Sue Monk Kidd's book...
@Safe Space for Wobbly Humans , I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
Choked up. Inner pond overflowing. something about that word 'lioness' opens the flood gates. Thank you so much.
