What Courage Looks Like
When I hear the story of how a 25 year old uses her small platform as a snow reporter to speak for our national parks, for fresh air, for those who are marginalized—I get goosebumps all over and a fire blazes in my belly at the same time. In this brave young woman's words: I am really scared for our future. Acting like nothing is happening here feels way scarier than losing my job. In her closing words, she encourages people to stand up, to use their voice, to not be sheep. So, here's to a fierce flurry of voices becoming a blazing blizzard because something is happening here, because courage is calling our names.
