Come As You Are
She Will Not Be Quiet: A (mostly unedited) daily writing practice
Jotting from my journal. Day #165 of (mostly unedited) daily writing/sharing
Come As You Are
Kick off your shoes, your masks, your labels your names, this is a try-free, come-as-you-are zone. Naked. Nameless. Nothing to accomplish. Not a thing to prove. What's on the agenda? Play. Rest. Making a merry mess. Sharing what is true, holding nothing back, unless you need to hold something back, and then, please, hold it back. The most important thing: Come as you— as you.

Day 10, Jill's Morning writes, excerpt (speaking of imagining...!):
"Can you imagine feeling the depths of joy, happy, and excitement to the extent that you've embraced the sadness, the grief and the melancholy? Can you even imagine? Can you imagine how your body chemistry might change? Wow, that could be amazing! And it is your birthright. It is for all of us humans down here."
Naked. Nameless. Nothing
to accomplish. Not a thing to prove.
What a wonderful thing to imagine. Not a thing to prove. Yes, thank you.
