Do it because you must, because you can no longer contain

what isn’t containable, because it brings you face to face,

eye to eye, with the mysterious source of everything,

because it wakes you up and maybe someone else too.

Do it because it breathes oxygen into your blood,

because it is the medicine that will connect you

to what matters most, because making something new,

something only you can make, breaks down walls—

turns narrow hallways

to open sky.
