Like Sky

Let's sit together shall we? Over tea 
and poetry, ears and eyes 
of the heart open open open, 

let's drop below language, 
beneath the noise of these 
crowded minds, 

no notifications, no rings,
no dings, 
no words necessary—

holding one another 
like sky holds 
the moon.

I no longer 
know where I end 
and you begin. 

Let's begin
and begin 
again.
