Hi Julia ..been having some issues with my computer could you send all poems to snyderjoanne5@gmail.com Also I would like to make a comment privately to your email! Thanks!\xo joanne
Julia, hello! The sounds of beneath / cathedral / leaf land beautifully, with a gentle yes yes yes. And we've both written falling-leaf poems in recent days! How can we not? am tempted to ask. Your words, and the light they reveal, sustain me always. (And sorry, I'd forgotten I'd commented already!)
Perhaps connected. I am relearning the practice of pausing for three slow deep full breaths. I have a spiritual practice involving prayer-beads, and one recent day, I was "auctioneering" the prayer, at breakneck speed, to get it over with. But I stopped. And took a breath. And then another. And salvaged my prayer, by being present to it, fully, attentive and lingering. Thank you as always for your light.
Thomas, the practice of 3 slow, deep breaths is so powerful (when we remember to do it!). Yes. And it's so simple and something we can do in any moment. I love that this practice helped you salvage your prayer! Thank you for sharing this. It serves as an excellent reminder to me to take those breaths. Thank you, as always, for your presence (which is such a gift for me!).
Dear Sue, thank you for taking the time to read my words and for leaving yours here for me. It's such a treat to hear from my readers. "Even though I spend a lot of time on my own, my mind can often be somewhere else." I hear you! Mine too. This being present is very much a constant, moment by moment practice...how these minds like to wander! So much love to you, Sue. xo
This poem spoke the words of my heart today. I am gong to have major surgery in a few weeks and I realized today that I am trying to live in the future, after the surgery, instead of being right here, right now! Thank you, Julia, for the gift of this poem.
Julie, oh...wow. Your words give me goosebumps. Future living is so anxiety producing (I completely get it!), which is why these words (that really just came to me as a deep gift) feel so deeply important. I keep repeating them and repeating them: Peace cannot find you if you are not here - my new mantra. I'm so very happy to know that they speak to you too. I hope your surgery goes as smoothly as possible. So much love to you. xo
Thank you dearest Julia for these woven words that warm my heart at a critical moment.
Deeply love you, your generous sharing, how gifted your are in fluent word crafting that comes from vulnerability and clear insight into who you are, and how we all knit together, feeding and upholding one another.
Profoundly grateful for this message carried on the wind from your skillful pen.
Mark, how I just adore and treasure you. Thank you. Thank you for every word you wrote here. You have blessed me today (and so many times before today). I send you a gust of beautiful goodness. Thank you again.

I love your comments! I love how you see, Thomas, how you notice. ☀️
Your poem is such a beautiful gift Julia, thank you. I am exploring "when I let myself be found." Such an exquisite invitation. I treasure you! 💕
(((Gaye))) - that's me giving you a warm hug. Thank you. How I treasure you! xo
So true, Julia, so true.... thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to read, Stephanie. Love to you.

"- - - when I let go
When I land
When I let myself be found "
Brilliant poem Julia, thank you.
Even though I spend a lot of time on my own, my mind can often be somewhere else.
A wonderful reminder to " let myself be found " to hear the answers, messages on the breeze after prayers or meditation 🧘♀️ 🙏
