The Body Knows
Is it a yes, or a no? Your body knows. The answers have never been out there. Hush. Does it feel like a lit candle, or like the candle has been blown out? Like the door has been thrown open, or like a door that wants to close? Does it dance or dim, brighten or tighten, sink or spark? The answers are in the hush, you are the keeper of them all. Stop everything and listen.

Oh yes, the body knows. It has always known. And it is waiting for us to listen. Thank you for this lovely reminder, Julia.
